during my recent stay, I loved being just a few steps from the vibrant energy of Marylebone and only a short stroll from Covent Garden, which made my city strolls so enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, adding to my overall experience.

The overall feel of the hotel is quite dated, with rooms showing signs of wear like damaged paintwork and unclean floors. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the lack of soundproofing made it hard to get a good night's sleep with noise from outside. I also faced a lengthy wait for the elevator during peak hours, which was frustrating. the shower wasn't the best, requiring some patience as it had minimal water pressure sometimes.

The Deluxe Premium Room felt small and cramped, especially with a mattress that didn’t offer solid support—sunk in on one side. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail in amenities. the hair dryer wasn't in the room, and when I asked about it, the response was rather brusque. the lifts could be slow, often leaving us waiting during peak hours, contributing to an inconvenience that felt unnecessary at this price point.

Had an amazing stay with friends! We visited the London Eye and had a blast exploring the nearby cafes. Excellent location made it easy to get around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, breakfast could take a while during busy times, but there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby too!
